Transformational Coach • Soul-Remembering Facilitator • Recovery & Mental Health Innovator
You need space to return to the truth of who you already are. Beneath the noise of daily life, beneath the stress, the self-doubt, and the endless search for answers — there is a quiet, settled intelligence that has never left you.
This isn't about adding more tools or techniques. It's about gently removing the misunderstandings that have been covering over what was always already there. Your innate wellbeing. Your natural clarity. Your self.
Tom Bissett is the founder of Beginner's Mind Coaching, based in Dublin, Ireland. A recovery programme developer and manager with over 32 years of experience, he has worked at Merchants Quay Ireland, Coolmine Therapeutic Community, and as Recovery Coach Service Coordinator at F.A.S.T. for 15 years. He co-created the DCU Recovery Coach Training Programme.
His work is grounded in the Three Principles understanding of Sydney Banks — a simple, profound insight into how human experience is created from the inside out. Rather than teaching coping strategies, Tom points people toward the innate clarity and wellbeing that is already present within them.

Real voices, real transformation
"I have known Tom for nearly 15 years, and I don't think I would be sitting here today if it wasn't for him. He made complete sense of my maddening thoughts. He helped me to see clearly and understand why I was feeling so bad. Tom really listens — he made me open up about what I was actually feeling when I didn't even know myself. Today I have a very responsible job, I am mortgage free, and my daughter is doing so well. I know Tom will always be in my life."

"Tom's presence and guidance are truly priceless. He has a remarkable ability to cut through the noise and see straight to the heart of things — often uncovering insights and inner resources I didn't even know were there. Tom is the real deal when it comes to coaching. His way of listening — deeply, intuitively, without judgement — creates a space that feels almost magical. It's hard to put into words... it's something you simply have to experience for yourself."
